As a first time home buyer I have been in and out of the market since 2013. I have worked with different agents but none made me feel as comfortable as Nadia. She is not only transparent but very informative. Her process is different from other agents however, it is in the best interest of the home buyer. Her process is designed to understand the client's needs and save everyone time. Nadia was very patient with me, I probably saw every 3 bedroom single family home available for sale in the Queens market. (Lol, a little exaggerated but not by much) After all her hard work and time I got cold feet pulled out of the market again because of personal reasons. A few months later I was back in the game and contacted Nadia. She welcomed me with open arms and we picked up right where we left off. After two months of settling into our new home, finally we can write a review regarding Nadia. As a first time home buyer, we(family) were so overwhelmed with information given to us from Nadia. When I met nadia. The first thing I notice was how comfy she made me and my family feel..This venture was very scary and right through the process she was there with her encouragement and provided good service...not to mention how efficient in acknowledging what I wanted in a house and kept to the high standard..she knows the business, so when I had my first meeting with the banker I was already prepared in having all my paper, work thus allowing me to close on my house in 10 days..
